Terms of Service
This site is informational. Our software is internal, used only by us, and is not offered to the public.

1. Who these terms are from
These terms apply to wi-ts.com, operated by Wisconsin Tech Solutions LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. Contact us at projects@wi-ts.com.
2. This website
This site is provided for informational purposes. It has no accounts, no logins and no forms, and nothing on it constitutes an offer, a warranty or professional advice.
3. Our software and API Client
We operate internal software, including an API Client that uses YouTube API Services to publish and manage our own content on our own YouTube channel.
- It is not a public product. It is not sold, licensed, distributed or offered as a service, and it has no users other than ourselves.
- It acts only on accounts we own, authenticating as the account holder.
- It does not process data belonging to any third party.
Because it is not offered to anyone else, these terms grant no licence to use it.
4. Third-party services
Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our API Client, the user — which is solely Wisconsin Tech Solutions LLC, as section 3 describes — agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this site, our name, our marks and our software are ours. Recordings we publish are our own content. Nothing here transfers any rights in them.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or our systems, interfere with their operation, or use them unlawfully.
7. No warranty
This site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be available or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisconsin Tech Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
