Who we are

Wisconsin Tech Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”) is a Wisconsin limited liability company. Contact us at projects@wi-ts.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and the internal software we operate, including our API Client that publishes our own livestream recordings to our own YouTube channel.

Data we collect

None. This website does not use cookies, analytics, trackers or embedded third-party scripts, and it has no forms, accounts or logins. We do not collect personal information from visitors.

Our internal API Client has no users other than ourselves. It does not collect, receive, store or process personal data belonging to any other person.

Our use of Google and YouTube APIs

Our API Client uses YouTube API Services to publish and manage our own content on our own YouTube channel. It authenticates as the channel owner using Google OAuth 2.0 and accesses no other account.

  • We access only our own channel, our own videos and our own playlists.
  • We do not access, download, scrape, store or process data belonging to any other YouTube user, channel or viewer.
  • We do not use YouTube data for advertising, profiling or any analysis of individuals, and we do not share it with anyone.
  • OAuth tokens are stored only on our own machine, are never transmitted to any third party, and are used solely to authenticate our own requests.

In using YouTube API Services, our client is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoking access

Access granted to our API Client can be revoked at any time through the Google security settings page.

What we store, and for how long

We retain no personal data belonging to anyone else. The only data our API Client keeps is data about our own account, held on our own machine:

  • OAuth tokens for our own Google account, used solely to authenticate our own requests. The short-lived access token is refreshed roughly hourly; the refresh token is kept until it is replaced or access is revoked.
  • The video and playlist identifiers of our own uploads, kept only so that re-running the tool does not upload the same recording twice. These are rewritten on every run, so nothing is held without being refreshed for longer than 30 calendar days.

If access is revoked, we delete all API Data relating to that authorization within 30 calendar days. Recordings of our own broadcasts are kept on our own equipment and are our own content. If you believe we hold information about you, write to projects@wi-ts.com and we will respond.

Children

Our software is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
